'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' originated from a simple vision: to serve genuine Neapolitan pizza in London. The Rossi family launched our pizzeria in 1985, beginning as a modest, familial venue with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her journeys across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was born. Once back in the UK, she was committed to recreating the essence of classic Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and the best produce available.
What started as a quaint pizzeria seating only a dozen has since blossomed into a cherished local enterprise, although our dedication to supreme quality and genuine taste has remained steadfast. We continue to use traditional wood-fired oven methods, bringing forth fresh dough each day, and handpicking top-notch ingredients.
Even today, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with its second generation at the helm of our devoted crew. While we have incorporated a few contemporary twists, our core mission endures: to deliver delightful, true-to-roots pizza that unites our patrons.
